I had recommended from my prepay Legal protection to hire Dan Wershow for my Eviction action of Unlawful Detainer. I never experience this lawsuit before, but I trust my prepay Legal protection their advice, I asked prepay Legals lawyer how much will cost me to do Eviction, he said between $600-$1000.But when I call Dan Wershow fist I wait about a week to return my fist phone call, finally I spoke to him he is going to a holiday break, my renter haven't make payment for over a month, I thought saving time I deliver that 3 days notice, after Dan come back will ready for Eviction, I asked him to review my 3 days notice he just rush me to pay the deposit $1500 told me the notice looks OK and we can start the action, first he lost my document for 3 days delay on messenger, go on court I have failed lawsuit because 3 days notice not clear judge dismiss the case, He knows that was problem but he just didn't care, excuse me it's all my fault,keep going even more problem and threat me.
