She knows her US Immigration law very well but has no understanding of the needs of clients. She is very black and white with her manner of evaluating a case and does not take the time to communciate the reasoning behind her advice to clients and walk through the process. She lacks the ability to acknowledge and take accountability when something goes awry. She is very defensive when questioned and cannot take constructive criticism. If you want a lawyer that is straight laced and cannot think outside of the box to present your case within the parameter of the rules and regulations she is it. Contrary to her being recently recognized as a "Super Lawyer", she is anything but Super.
