deane tripi Most cruel biased judge I’ve came across as a mother all the reviews on her is indeed true as I’m going through the same with her my question is how can this judge be thrown out ? What can we do to raise or voices and protect our children for this cruel corrupt judge who doesn’t deserve to serve in family court

This family court judge FAILED to do her JOB and protect my children from their abusive father and instead made the statement in court, without having seen or heard ANY evidence, that I was "coaching the children" and "just out to get Dad." You're damned Right, Lady! I was Coaching my children to STAND UP FOR THEMSELVES, TO SPEAK THE TRUTH, TO TELL THEIR STORY and You're Damned RIGHT I was out to get him. What would YOU do when your child comes home for the 5th GD time bawling so hard he can hardly breathe saying, "Daddy almost killed me." YOU, Ms. TRIPI, are a DISGRACE! He STILL abuses my children and YOU have made SURE that I can do NOTHING to protect my kids! I ask you was that favor you granted for your friends worth the mental health and welfare of my children? I hope you burn in HELL! When you are next up for election, You can BET that I will NOT be silent about your "qualifications" to be a Protector of Children!

JUDGE DEANNE TRIPI HAS FAILED THIS COUNTRY AS A JUDGE- She takes the easy way out passing children through the system as FILES and NUMBERS and NOT humans who deserve a chance at life. She has let her biased ways destroy our family. Deanna Tripi SHOULD NOT hold a JUDICIAL position- she has no business holding such an important title if she is not willing to put in the work. Buffalo- you have a lot of work to do. Your whole court system and school system is below standard. I am extremely disappointed.

I'll simply say this... Judge Tripi has really damaged my faith in the justice system. My evidence and concerns have been ignored and brushed under the rug. I feel like I have no where to turn for help. And I'm very scared for my daughter... God help us.

In contrast to the gentleman who rated Tripi below, my partner is custodial parent of his children, and Tripi was clearly biased towards the mother. Tripi made blatant mistakes, appearing not to have read the affidavits, and was demonstrably ignorant of the facts, such as who the custodial parent was, and in which direction the access was ending. She did not allow my partner or his lawyer to correct her mistakes. Her decision on the case was simply wrong, and will have flow-on ramifications for our entire family. Her callous ignorance has changed the course of our lives, and I see on this website that we are not the only ones. I would lose my job to have acted with as little professionalism as she has. While ever she is presiding, the NY family court system is simply broken.

We had to drop our case in family court due to her blatant bias toward the father of my step-daughter. Not only is my wife stuck in WNY due to the "father of the year" routine that she bought hook line and sinker. How can a girl that wants to live with Mom, not be allowed to move 4 hours away in a better school system and still have visitation is beyond me. I'm all for father's rights. But she is ridiculous when the consensus among the law guardian and my attorney was to drop the case when we were assigned to her. Crazy stupid. And our court date was canceled and postponed by her for 4 additional months without a reason. We should be able to sue for our additional expenses due to the courts lack of concern for any timely decisions. Can you say bitter? Of course you can, but I firmly believe that any other judge would have heard our case in a timely matter and granted our relocation. There is not a category to rank her low enough. Stay away unless your a father.

I concluded an 11 month relocation trial in front of judge Tripi. I have sole custody of my son and my x husband is $22,000 in arrears. The battle was with my X mother in law who only saw my son one weekend a month. My trial was for me to move out of state to peruse a career in my profession and provide my son and I a better life. Tripi was rude and disregarding. Along with William Broderick, my sons law guardian. All he tried to do was discredit me. In result.....not only was I denied my relocation but judge Tripi granted my lying scumbag of an X mother in law additional visitation. Weekends and full weeks in the summer. I am not allowed to move outside of Erie county and my son may not switch schools. This is disgusting and unjust! I am prisoner to NYS. Why is a grandmother given such rights? Tripi is sick in the head and should not be anywhere in the legal profession.NYS would rather have you strugal for survival than live your life. God bless America.

This judge Tripi granted my mother in law custody while my mother in law was babysitting in 1 day with not 1 fact to back her allegations with. The 1 and only allegation against me as a father was that and I quote " Baby is been of and on time with parents time with me" exact words of my mother in law. That allegation alone was a reason to grant my mother in law EMERGENCY CUSTODY of my 11 month old son. She walked in saw the judge within minutes and was signed off on a petition in minutes. This judge NEEDS TO BE KICKED OFF THE BENCH ASAP!! Destroying families 1 by 1 everyday. If that only reason is reason enough to just give anyone custody there is something wrong with this ignorant judge!! Such a joke

This judge resided over a case involving a dispute between two of my relatives. She did not allow the petitioner to show any of her evidence and hence an order of protection was not granted. At the exit door downstairs from the courtroom, the respondent lunged at the petitioner (the petitioner said nothing to provoke this) and she had to be held back by her lawyer. This judge is worthless.

This judge is the worse possible judge out there. She does not listen to the facts of the case. She tears famlies apart. She places children with people who have severe mental issues and other problems with the law. She does not follow the laws that she is there to represent! She mocks situations and never bothers to read the evidence that is presented to her. She started a trial and than went to "judge school" and postponed the trial for months! She is clueless when a case comes before her, she never bothers to review the cases before they are before her. She also show great bais to one side over the other. She speaks down to people and even to other attorney's that she doesn't seem to care for. She makes it very clear how bias she is to one side. She is the worse possible human who could ever sit as judge in family court. She herself has no children and yet she decides the fate of so many? I don't think that she knows what the meaning of "Family court" is. She needs to be removed!!

As a family court judge Miss Tripi is forgetful of what my case entailed from court date to court date. She has granted numerous adjournments to opposing counsel and allowed a mockery of the judicial system. She uses her power to mock and threaten the very people she is there to serve actually making derogatory comments about my family. She schedules court dates and sends out notices and when u show up for your trial she claims it was never scheduled even though she signed off on it. And she shows obvious favoritism to one side or the other depending on if she gets pissed off because her ineptitude is being challenged. Having her for a judge is frustrating demoralizing and just plain crazy!!!

This Judge is a joke!!! She has no respect for human beings, mocks you in an undirected way, has no sense of understanding, doesn't listen to what you have to say, was seeming racial in a discreet way, does not go by the law nor does she care to keep a child with their parents, even if it was through visitation rights. Deanne Tripi is unfair in cases and I honestly don't know why she is still a judge. She needs to get booted out and let a real, fair judge take over.

This attorney does not respond to calls or messages. The other attorney involved at one point thought she was no longer representing me due to her lack of communication. It is unfortunate that she charges such high prices and then isn't even available to do her job. I have not found her to be helpful or efficient and the other party involved in this matter has also expressed frustration with her. I wish I would have went with another attorney.

I was horrified by Ms. Tripi's bias, untruths, misunderstanding of situations, either intentional or not, and ability to deceive in a court of law, as she told me lawyers do all the time. All was done with an attitude of superiority. This occurred during an extended personal family crisis. She had no sense of compassion and understanding, treated elders with a complete lack of respect no matter what their credentials were, and refused to listen to the truth. Ms. Tripi is not fair, but aligns herself in very obvious ways, with whomever she seems to "like" best, no matter what the truth really is. Her actions and behavior were quite unbelievable for a child advocate, who is not supposed to try to divide a family. Seeing that she is running for Family Court Judge is a shock I have not yet come to grips with. I am grateful that I finally have had a chance to air my grievances, as all of this has been eating away at me for years.
