I am currently suing Mr. Moak for legal malpractice of handling of my chapter 7 case. I had to fire him because of erroneous legal advice that put my home at risk with the trustee. I hired another attorney to take over the mess . I could no longer trust Mr. Moak's competency. He has not taken personal responsibility for his mistake of bankruptcy law. I learned he does not carry any malpractice insurance. Do a public legal search of civil suit against him if you want to find out the details.
