This attorney did not know the differences between annuities and caused me to lose a non-quilified annuity during my bankruptcy. His firm did no research and continued the filing in spite of my demand that we not file if it was possible I would lose. After I lost, they discontinued communication with me and my request for a refund of fees and my loss. They filed paperwork on my behalf that contained incorrect earnings, which in turn required a delay in court. The court hired their own attorney to investigate my status and that resulted in my loss. I would never recommend Brandon Johnston or his law firm of Coggins Johnston & Meyer in Roseville, CA.
