She never investigate the issue before acting upon it. As a lawyer she should investigate the matter and making sure that the claim is legit.

My experience with Denise has been very good. She is extremely knowledgeable and respectful. I have had business dealings with her for over 14 years and found her to always respond in a timely manner.

Worst experience ever. I had heard and read great things but i never got returned calls or email. Spoke to reception daily and her only once in 3 months. Finally had the issue resolved myself and in the end still ended up having to pay WTA. I guess it was a waste of both of our time.

Left over a dozen messages and waited 2 months for a return call... Never got a return phone call. Still can't wrap my head around it.
