I am extremely satisfied with the representation the Law Offices of Frank Mann provided me in my child custody case. Frank handled my case with the assistance of his paralegal, Tina. I always felt that he and Tina listened to what I had to say and they were always honest with me. Mr. Mann told me what to expect, the strong points of my case and the problem parts. He told me about the things that could go wrong and the things that could go right. He seemed to know everyone in court and they knew him. He was able to get me what I needed. He negotiated an agreement for me which I was very happy with. His fees were reasonable compared to what my child’s father paid. I hired Frank to handle my child custody issues recently. He put me at ease through the whole ordeal. I transferred my case to Law Offices of Frank E. Mann, P.C. from another law firm. I was certainly not disappointed. Frank Mann showed empathy, compassion, and guidance which made the transition very easy one. Communication was always very details, clear and concise. His office gave the wrong information on purpose , so that my sister would lose her only car and furniture. She lost by not appearing, nor was she even notified of the date or time. So the receptionist tells her it's at 100pm and it had been over for several hours already! What kind of justice is that? Everyone should be allowed there day in court , everyone!

I contacted the law firm when my husband surprised me with divorce papers and told me he was taking my three children with him. I had no idea what I needed to do to keep my children. Tina was my paralegal and she helped me alot. I was able to meet with my attorney on the same day that I called for an appointment before a court hearing. There were several times I had to call and ask questions and Tina was always able to help me right away. Mr. Mann helped me get custody of my children and I am so grateful. Divorce can be a difficult time, but Mr. Mann's office made the process easier. I was very pleased with the results and I was able to pay my attorney fees with a payment plan. That was very helpful because my budget is tight.

I have several emails over a month old that have not been answered, phone calls not returned and court dates that were changed and not commutated. I have retained another attorney to handle my case. I'll also be contacting the Texas Bar Association to inform them of the treatment I received from this office. I do not see how this law firm can look at them selves in a mirror.

The worst lawyer I ever had. The only time he was friendly and on top of things was before I signed the contract and started paying. I wasn't informed of moved court dates, my calls and email weren't answered in a timely manner and when I complained I was told he could drop my case if I didn't stop sending him negative emails (I was always polite, just let him know I wasn't happy) needless to say, I fired him, but now they make me wait weeks already for getting all the paper work back to me. Do not hire him.

He showed up 45 minutes late for my free consultation appointment and then quiz me on how much money I have, how much I make and how much in assets I have. He then became belligerent because I didn't know how much in money and assets the other parties have. If I ask a question I was told to be quite he needed to ask the questions. When he finished grilling me about my finances I was told he would take my case when the retainer fee was paid. WOW! Lucky me he had no idea why I was there, what my problem was or what I wanted to do. At least after meeting Mr. Mann I can appreciate lawyer jokes.

i did hired him for my divorce , we agreed on flate rate for uncontested on contested 1600.00 , after he took all the money , he asked for 1100.00 more or he will drop my case , i didn t payd him and so he didn t show up at the tril when i reprezent my self..! Not once but twice--thought had learn lesson. he drags out case and takes $$$$ charges for phone and email....when you have questions. Now 4,000 paid or almost paid and it has been 6 mos with no divorce---no property and 1 child..
