I got an eviction notice because of a dispute with my landlord.She was able to resolve it by using the contract & I stayed in my apartment and didn't have to go to court.

Not knowledgeable in child custody. Told me I had rights when case should have been dismissed over jurisdiction. 3 months later still fighting case for things she should have done. Stay far far away from Heather K. Little, so called attorney. You have been warned!! Out of office for next 3 weeks and website gone. Said she would return part of retainer and never received.

I hired this attorney to help me with a custody case, visitation and child support. I let her know all the details of my case and how i would like to proceed. She showed up late to my first hearing and on top of that had no documentations of what i wanted. She had not filled any paper work for my custody case or child support the only information she had was the original paperwork i had given her where I had filled for more visitation. So I can say this entire court date was a waste for me and had to be extended. I had two more court dates with her representing me as well as set up a meeting with her to discusses the case and it was the same she was late and had not filled any paperwork and brought her child with her to our meeting. I went against my better judgement by allowing her to represent me after the first time, i guess you can say i felt trapped by the 2500$ retaining fee i had paid. I can say that i meet her 5 times in person and had a hand full of phone call, she was hard t

Every document had typing errors as if it was a simple template. She charged >$200/hr and NEVER communicated with me. She failed to give me any preparatory advice. She wants your money and produces no results. Steer clear!
