Is not knowledgeable at all. He does not return calls in a timely fashion and work does not get done in a timely fashion. You get what you pay for...ie. I would recommend a law firm which specializes in their particular field. I was quote one price and was charged more than double.

this person should be banned... what a piece of work.. over charges on everything and does not do what he is paid to do... garbage is a compliment about him
