The guy was really good. Kicked the &*%%$ out of the other attorney for my wife. I hird him because I needed someone take on the case where my wife was lying and turning my kids against me. This attorney put a stop to that in one hearing. He got me visitation the same day and turned the whole thing around.

Mr. Farrell was my ex-husbands attorney in our divorce hearing.I cannot even describe what a slimeball he is. He had my ex file an restraining order the day before court to make me look bad. He had my husband lie under oath. He was ill-prepared for court. Got reprimanded by the judge for not submitting requested documents. He filed a witness list of 48 people! (for a divorce hearing!!!) He had documentation in court that the restraining order was for leverage, then objected to the documentation being used in court. The judge said..THIS IS YOUR SUBMISSION. He counseled my ex on not agreeing to anything until I agreed to alimony. He said that my ex was a stay at home dad even though my ex worked full time. He drove up bogus attorney fees of $50,000. He is very aggressive and confrontational to the point he made himself and his client look foolish. He was unprepared for trial and was not familiar with the case when he presented his side. His style made the judge say they weren't credible

Mr. Farrell had his license to practice suspended in 2002 and was reprimanded in 2004. (Google him- it's all there) He is not viewed with respect by the other professionals in the court system in which he works, including the prosecutors with whom he has to work to represent his poor clients. He is unplesantly aggressive, confrontational in an inappropriate manner, innarticulate and lacks any sense of propriety. He has no sense of personal space.
