Ms. Arnold was hired by our company to pursue liens and collections against two companies that owed our organization a combined total of more than $100,000.00. Ms. Arnold won 1 of the two cases. She kept the entire proceeds of the win. The second case was the larger of the two. Regrettably, she failed to read the contract and proceeded to work on the case blindly. Had she done her due diligence we would have taken a different approach. The client was in breach of the contract and we could have proceeded. She dropped the ball and didn't follow through. She was also working with a supplier in conjunction with this case. The supplier brought a law suite against our company which information was immediately sent to her. It was our understanding that she was taking care of the situation. She did nothing. Ultimately, she cost our organization $320,000.00 in damages in the second case and charged us an additional $15,000 even though she kept all the proceeds from the first case.
