My mother hired Barry S. Franklin's office several years ago to try and reopen a previously settled case. The modified settlement agreement had left him in a very difficult starting position. He was honest with her when she first met him, and let her know that the odds were not in her favor. After many years of fighting this case, he was able to do what many friends suggested was impossible. She recently settled the case, and is in the process of recovering what she was owed. It was not inexpensive, but quality work rarely is. I know that my family are very grateful for the work that he did, and I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone who might need him in the future. He says he can do so much but when it comes down to it, all he wants is money money money, his staff is good but in court against a tough lawyer he folds, never will I recommend
