I was served and had to appear in court that same week. I was hard-pressed to find a litigator so quickly and on the day before, finally found Chad Norcross...and for that, I will be forever grateful.
Mr. Norcross could've used my need for his gain but instead, he took the time to go over every aspect of my case with me, was quick with responses every time I contacted him, was able to find the perfect defense for my case, kept his rates fair and reasonable and did not try to overcharge, all while being compassionate toward my situation at hand. His plan for my defense and execution in the courtroom was impressive and thanks to him, we got the win!
He is honest about what he will or won't be able to do for you and backs it up completely. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I hope I never have another legal issue to deal with in the future but if I do, Chad Norcross is my guy!

Chad Norcross is a good human and an excellent trial lawyer! There is no question in my mind we would not have won our case if not for Chad's plan and execution in the court room. I have worked with Mr. Norcross on a few occasions and have referred him out to others as well. He has his specialities but is well versed in the law all around. One thing that impressed me the most was his communication throughout the process. If he did not know the answer to something he was very diligent in finding it as quickly as possible. Being that situation's are different from county to county, this was very important to me. His fees are very competitive,and his service is top notch. Even after the fact he has always been open to help or answer any questions I ever had. I would highly recommend Chad Norcross if ever needing legal counsel.

It is so refreshing to know there are attorneys out there willing to work hard for their clients; I was thoroughly impressed with Mr. Norcross. He has always been professional, polite and respectful, while being compassionate to the sensitivity and emotionality of our situation. He worked with me step by step, explaining every step, giving me straightforward information – even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. I contacted him numerous times with questions, he always responded in a very prompt manner. He would listen, and if I was going in the wrong direction, would very diligently explain why doing things my way or saying what I wanted to say wasn’t feasible to our situation or, in my best interests. He has not steered me wrong. I hope I never need legal services again; if I do and Mr. Norcross is not available, I will be hard pressed to find someone that I hold to that high of caliber. In my opinion, you won’t find a better attorney than Mr. Norcross to represent you.

Chad is awesome, I personally didn't have to constantly contact him to know what was happening. He brought questions to me when needed and kept me up to date with strategies. After being sued by someone who just wanted money, Chad closed it out with in months. I was very grateful he was my lawyer. Will hire him in the future if ever needed and recommend him!

I had a millionaire sue me on a case I was 100 percent innocent. I hired another lawyer and spent over 30k. In an email I mentioned what I could afford. Then my lawyer sued me. Then I hired Chad Norcross. I wish I hired chad on day 1. Chad shut down both cases. He actually cares about his clients. He is not arrogant but articulate. If you don’t want to be gauged and have a lawyer who cares about his Clients. Listens to his Clients. Fights for his Clients then hire Chad Norcross. Chad listens. He is very strategic. Chad thinks outside the box. He thinks of every possible scenario. Hire Chad if you want a super lawyer at a price that should be a bar for all lawyers.

I have used Chad off and on for the past 15 years as a lawyer. He has helped me with complex probate and real estate matters. I have personally known Chad for over 25 years long before he became a lawyer. I handled his mortgage related needs when he was a successful real estate broker before becoming a lawyer. I am so proud of his accomplishments and was so glad that he has been there for me in legal matters. It is one thing to have a good review to write about someone, but it is another thing to be able to write a review when you know so much about someone. Chad is very trustworthy and honest and tries to help everyone! He is outstanding at problem-solving and is extremely creative. He thinks outside the box which is something that has benefited him for years. Chad is about to apply for Board Certification in Civil Trials which is difficult undertaken as I understand it. I wish him the best in all of his future endeavors!

I'm a 3rd teacher and hired Chad Norcross for my divorce this past summer. I can't say enough about Mr. Norcross and all he has done for me and my children. His communication with me was impeccable, and was always good about giving me options for my case. He was always available to answer any questions that might arise. One of the traits I like about Chad is his promptness. He returns my calls or texts expeditiously. He is handling my bankruptcy. He has been very informative and has kept abreast of what is happening in my case. Today, I was dealing with a real estate fee's problem in which I felt I was not adequately being paid. He told me the options I had available to resolve my dispute with the realtor. In another case, I had a friend who had been served with a letter in which she was being sued. I told her about Chad. I told her he would respond promptly. He did not let me down. He called back promptly when I called him for my friend.

I read the negative reviews on Mr. Norcross before i hired him. I checked the State Bars website and found out that he has not been in trouble at all. I looked online and verified that he has tremendous success in the Courts. Im so glad that i did my homework before i hired him. He handled my criminal case to my complete satisfaction. Ryan

I retained Chad to litigate my Home Owners Association, HOA. Chad filed a petition with the court but mever got the petition served. I found out so I got the peition served to the HOA. However, by this time the statute of limitations had expired. Chad had the HOA attorney draw up a Settlement Agreement. I disagreed with the Agreement and would not consent and would not sign the Agreement. Without my consent or telling me, Chad had the HOA attorney file the Agreement as a Rule 11 Settlement Agreement with the court. In the Agreement all my claims are dismissed and all future litigation is barred. Chad gave in to everything the HOA wanted. Chad made sure I never got my day in court. Now that the Settlement Agreement is in place, the HOA can do anything they want, for I cannot litigate the HOA for nothing according to the Agreement.

Did it to me to take my money gave up my cases easy as pie don't use this attorney whatsoever doesn't know what he's doing. Worked on one case for over year still pending started a new case still did nothing with that one stay away from him he's another attorney if I'll possible.

My husband and I hired Chad because we were delinquent on our mortgage. Chad was able to stop foreclosure on 2 occasions. We were able to live in our home for 2 years without making a mortgage payment. After 2 years Chad got us a good settlement that we were very happy with. Before we moved out of the house it caught on fire. We decided we wanted out of the settlement. Chad came up with a brilliant legal idea that got us out of the first settlement. When it was all over we got to keep our house and the mortgage company paid us. We also hired Chad to help us purchase an investment home off the money we saved from the mortgage case. Mr. Norcross, is more than just a lawyer out to make money. He understands the legal needs for filing Bankruptcy and how difficult it may be to pay all fees for filing your case. Wow - reading some of these reviews I can't believe we are talking about the same attorney! I contacted Chad Norcross from a link on an internet search. When I called, I really didn't expect that he would be able to help me, as my financial situation was pretty dire. From the very first phone call, he was positive and professional. He handled my case well, and allayed my fears. He was prompt in returning phone calls and text messages (even in the evening and on weekends). I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Norcross handled a case for me which a credir card company sued me for a debt i owed. He was able to get the case dismissed. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend him to anyone.

If Chad Norcross represented you and did not do a good or even adequate job for you, please contact me on this website because he misplace many of his files in my paperwork for over 5 weeks. Many of these papers were past due court documents that he missed deadlines on. Chad tells you how much he can help, takes your money, and then does nothing. Let me know if this is your experience, so it can be stopped!!

I have paid this man and I can not get him to respond to me. Does not return calls, emails, he has ripped me off. He has done nothing for the money I have paid him. I am most upset!
