Chris Melcher saved my life. Period. I was in a very contentious, incredibly difficult divorce, and I already had another attorney. I learned of Chris based on newspaper articles. I called him directly and actually got him on the phone (something I could not do with my own attorney!). Chris was calm and extremely knowledgeable. He really helped me get focused on the core issues, and he took all the drama out of the situation to focus on the basics. This sounds easy, but it's difficult and a testament to his skills. He took the emotion out of this and focused this like a business decision. It was perfect. I hired Chris in addition to my full time attorney. Chris was so well respected that it took my attorney to an entirely different level. I would recommend Chris to my own mother, sister, or dear friend. I would recommend him to my CEO clients. I cannot possibly recommend him strongly enough. Chris Melcher saved my life and he save me a fortune.

I had a terrible experience with this guy. He was always unprepared and late for court. He even got me confused with another case he had and the judge certainly didn't respect him. My ex spouse's lawyer was able to steam roll us because of Mr. Melcher's incompetence. In the end I lost almost everything. Do not hire this guy.
