Do not let this guy get close to you or your money. He is only out for himself. Would not lift a finger to help anyone else unless he gets paid first.

I called him to inquire about a property and to ask questions, he basically told me that his time was precious and hung up on me. Dont waste your time with this guy, he see's you as a dollar sign.

I used David Ball for a home purchase in September 2014. David and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful but David and his team made my experience very comfortable. David ensured that I was updated every step of the way. I would recommend David to anyone seeking a real estate lawyer.

I've had David do my legal work on both buying and selling a property. I don't agree with the negative comments I've read on here. He was friendly, chatty and professional. He explained everything to me thoroughly. I'm going in to see him to get my will done. His integrity and honesty are only surpassed by his legal expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends. I'm an elementary school teacher who must deal with resolution of issues on a day-to-day basis. I know what questions to ask and I listen very well. I can smell a phoney a mile away in almost any situation. Thankfully, for people like me who require legal assistance from time to time, Mr. Ball is the real deal. Thank you David, for all the great assistance you have have provided on my behalf.

I am a lawyer. This man is an excellent lawyer. He is a Windsor Law Grad. He has an excellent knowledge of the law, an excellent presentation in court, respectful, courteous, his arguments are persuasive and to the point, the judges like him for these qualities and try to give him what he wants. He is courageous but cautious. If it is not right he will tell you how to make it right. He will not put a client at risk. I have used him several times for my own work and have referred several very tough family cases to him. Every person I referred thanked me.

I used this law firm for a home purchase in 2011. After taking possession it came to my attention that the sellers omitted to divulge latent defects that were known to them costing me several thousand in repairs. The attorney's advice was "Buyer Beware". Being inexperienced I took his advice and assumed all costs. I recently finished the residential sales course which covered a case study of my exact incident that awarded the victims to a substantial amount. Known latent defects should always be disclosed.

Early 2000 I used him for my home purchase and separation agreement. Ball was to check that hubby's lawyer had prepared paperwork to the terms hubby & I had agreed to. When I went to sign papers Ball said he "could not allow me to sign the agreement as it was not in my best interest". I was left with a few days before house closing without paperwork or lawyer...I had walked out of his office crying not knowing what I should do. I was satisfied with the terms I had made. Ball called me the next day to come in and sign the papers...who needs that stress or treatment at the last minute before house closing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL.

I agree with previous comment. Totally unresponsive to any phone calls/e-mails. Not someone you would like to deal with if you need immediate attention to important matters. Price offered is reasonable, so if you have lots of time, and don't mind no one following up with you. by all means you can try him out.
