Binder and binder are the worst, i hired them to do my ssd claim. After three yrs of shotty, poor quality work and numerous case workers who didnt care!! I fired them and hired a new atty who got my ss approved in two months!! When my binder case was closed they sent me my file it contained one page!!! They then wanted to be paid for the work i did!! I calked them with results and diagnoses, i cant believe of all my medical document i sent them my file was one page, and that was the original paper i filled out when hiring them!!!! I feel if you see that commercial and want to hire them, dont!!! More for their own gain than yours!! They suck!!!! And thats being nice!!!

Mr. Charles Binder is VERY knowledgable of Social Security Law and used it against me to collect his fee rather than inform me. His specialty is listed on this sight is personal injury. I chose him because his television ad was his firm was for Social Security Disability Advocates. His letterhead uses the same term followed by LLC. Maybe this is the same. When I hired the firm through his local office, the fee agreement was confusing to me. Asking for explanation, I was mislead. S.S.Disability allows only a fixed fee but with a shrewd attorney, they know laws within the system to collect more than that amount. Seems I hired an attorney that kept those obsecure laws not easily understood by a HS graduate, to himself. Then when I asked for further explanation, I was thrown a lot of fluff. I thought I was paying a fee for legal help for me, unfortunately I now feel I should have obtained a second opinion. Aren't we told to do that with attorneys? O, that's with doctors.
