Never answers phone calls, never returns phone calls, does not have the knowledge to represent us in our needs. After four months, hundreds of unanswered phone calls to get information she has not even presented our case to the courts. We were told 3 weeks ago there was paper work in teh mail to attend to....we are still waiting. Office is never open to speak to anyone in person. She has stated she has personal problems interferring with her cases.
