I love this man. From calling him in a panic at midnight ( and him answering the phone) to him correcting grave errors made by my former lawyer. Darrell is an amazing lawyer but also an incredible person.

I never believed that I would be rating a divorce lawyer. Darrell's services were outstanding. He took what could have become a misery into a civil parting. He was smart, understanding and always accessible. My three most important reasons for hiring Darrell are my young daughters.

Darrell is very obnoxious & highly money motivated, very, very expensive for what you get. will redo your affidavit & paperwork 3 times before he gets it right & charges you 3 times to redo it. He tells his other clients about all his cases & laughs behind your back about it. God forbid you question him about an invoice, he will turn on you like the monster he is. If you go to a meeting in his office, he gets his wife Jennifer Greenwood to join in & a staff member to take notes & charges you thousands of dollars unnecessarily. Stay away & beware!!!

This man is the most vile individual I ever met. He actually wanted my 9yr old son to corroborate a conversation he never heard! As much as I wanted to win my case, I will not condone having my son lie in court. You are nothing but a massively high priced idiot who self aggrandizes. Stay far away from this man.

Darrell is incompetent and arrogant. Tells you what you want to hear and billing you five fold of what it should cost. While dealing with him he promised me the world, accomplished nothing but draining my bank accounts. Victory for Darrel, loss for me. Stay away.

In my opinion he is very money driven. Once we hired him he started asking for more and more money even though we were told at the consultation level that it's a very simple case and not much is required. In the end we fired him and my wife without any knowledge of the legal system completed my particular case. The only reason why he got high marks for communication is because he is charging for each call so naturally he would be eager to help. The good reviews are probably friends and family. Be aware.

Mr. Waisberg is a exceptional Lawer! He goes above and beyond his duty. He has a heart of gold and has knowledge that I have never seen before with any lawyers. I have had in the past! I went through hell and back again! And Mr. Waisberg was there for me every step of the way! Day in and day out! Even on weekends if I needed to call him. He also has a wonderful bed side Manor to him as well! What a wonderful Lawer and a hell of a human being thanks Mr. Waisberg you are one of a kind you are the best thank you and God bless!!!!

Darrell has been my lawyer for years and I sleep well at night knowing he and his team are representing me. He's tough in court, comes prepared, and you can tell he's got over 20 years of experience. Along the way he has also given me good advice about what was best for my kids. For example, the most important thing is that the kids know both parents still love them. The guy has a very impressive work ethic. He has consistently worked after hours and on weekends. I once called him at home around midnight with an urgent question and someone in his family answered the phone and gave it to him! How many people, lawyers or just anyone, give that kind of service? If you find yourself in a big mess like I did, I'd highly recommend this firm to help you find the way out.

Knowledgeable man, does return phone calls but very money hungry these other reviews are clearly from his friends and / or co workers. I changed him couple of months ago and I am so happy I did. He will take everything you have merciless. $$$ is his main priority. Be aware be very very aware. Good luck.

i have had a few bad lawyers that have giving me real bad advise. then i meet darrell. this is truely a wonderful man. i contacted him and he got right back to me and has giving me more advise then any lawyer i have ever had . this man called me from his home on a sunday afternoon to help me.this man goes far and be on what he needs to. this man truely cares. he was a real blessing in my life and will be to you to.so any one that wants a great man and a great caring lawyer this is the man you dont need to look any farther they dont get any better than this man...DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR IF YOU NEED A LAWYER I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS MAN. Darrell helped me more than once and he is an excellent lawyer. He is honest, knowledgable, experienced and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. He also actually responded to my phone calls and emails right away unlike my previous lawyers. His office staff are also very helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend him! Um, I wonder if any of the previous ratings were written by employees of Mr. Waisberg. I have personal knowledge and have seen clearly in my personal case how he had no other interest, other than his own billing capacity, at heart during any proceeding. Small children and their best interest - not a priority. Oh, and God forbid you actually write anything on this site that may hurt his ego - you just may get an email threatening legal action. Can't speak for others, but I prefer my legal representatives to have good karma, no matter what the situation.

Mr.Waisberg is currently my lawyer and he goes far beyond what is asked of him. He may charge top $$$ but so worth it in the end. His advice is over the top!! I would recommend him to anyone going through a high conflict divorce!!!
