An honest lawyer. Hard to find these days. He listens to you, gives you the best advice he can, and has the experience to know what he is talking about.

His advice and action was both timely and effective. His office staff could be better but it is Tillsonburg. Mr Stewart is a very intelligent man and refreshingly frank with his opinion.

While I find that Mr. Stewart does in fact talk well. The follow through is yet to be desired. This "lawyer" if he does intend to call himself that is a sorry excuse. His staff is subpar and I'd rather represent myself then choose this person (which I did, while he was supposedly 'my' lawyer. Even when everything is easy, and laid out before him) His office falters and I suspect the Upper Law Society of Canada will be knocking with several complainants. He is good, if you do the work for him and push his office to follow through...but otherwise, if you don't have the time to constantly contact the office and push, choose a lawyer who actually works for you or do it yourself (As I had to).

Willing to say it as it is ... believes in the fact if presented with half truths one receives half law. Strongly recommend his services.
