First, I thought that because he is in the ministrial group at Living Bread Church, he would be upright in his transactions. Fooled me!
First he told me to have our group(4+) meet in his office to lodge our complains, take copies of our doc's, ect. This was in July '08.
I followed up to find out what the lawsuit would be based under. He kept saying that he had to review the paperwork. Later that he gave the case to a colleague. Later he wanted a $1K retainer to motivate him faster. I told him that is all well and good but we have to know first what basis you are filing our case under. He told me in Oct '08 that he still had not got to the paperwork and should have time by Thanksgiving. I figured he was stalling/stringin us along. Finally in Jan '09 thru his receptionist he replies that he does not have time to take on the case and is cancelling out. Nice S.O.B.!
