After speaking with Andrew Rukavina I decided to hire him for the property I was selling and the one I was buying. He was very responsive to all my questions and requests from both properties. At the closing her did not waiver and presented excellent tactics, as the buyers were threatening to walk away from the deal. I've never had an attorney who sat for 6 hours until the deal was signed. He was awesome! I really enjoyed working with him and have recommended him to all my friends and family.

Horrible lawyer. Showed up to closing unprepared and left while we left for 15 minutes to grab something to eat - never came back. Buyer's attorney had to finish the closing. Must have had 10 different secretaries in 2 months, each time I called I got a new one who knew nothing about our case. Stay away from this guy.
