11/2009 I paid $2900 to Lendquest/Attorney David Rosenberg to represent me for an Obama Modification + extinguish the 2nd. All conversations were via emails and no other loan scenarios were presented. (I HAD CREDIT SCORES OVER 800) Jan2010 Citimortgage denied the mod BECAUSE I had too much savings (which I had fully disclosed to Lendquest). Apr 29, 2010 still no response from Lendquest after mulitple requests for $2900 refund. I believe they used Obama'sMod as bait and switched to an "in-house refi," which was adverse to my current loan.
I feel harmed and ignorant.
I will submit my documented timeline, emails, faxes, googlevoice message transcription records to the Attorney Bar Association for review. The law offices of David Rosenberg and LendQuest are now a loan modification company. They are not good. They overcharged me for their services, then claimed they didn't do it. After a month, once they realized they made a $1245 mistake, they wrote me a check. The check bounced. They made a lot of promises when soliciting for business, but did not fulfil.
