Nothing but a rip off , do not use this lawyer , I put 1000.00 deposit down in a case I wanted him to work on , I ended up not perusing the case and told him I wouldn’t be needing his services and could he refund my deposit , instead I got a bill for another 265.00, he told me I owed this over and above my deposit because he had been thinking about how to proceed with my case if I went forward with it .

Biggest fraud of a lawyer that ever existed. Talks the talk but the layers underneath reveal complete lack of knowledge, lack of effort, lack of understanding, and lack of integrity/ethics. Royally screwed me and my family. Represent yourself before hiring this low life...you'll be much better off.

paid for divorce paperwork, there was a mistake and paperwork came back, hasn't answered his phone, returned calls or email in almost a year, can't get my divorce finalized and can't get my money back.

Roger helped me in every aspect of several cases we worked together on. We always had excellent results, and he is a brilliant attorney. He often agrees to take on very difficult criminal and family cases with very difficult clients with long histories that no-one else would even consider helping and that is why you see some negative reviews. Not everyone can be a winner in the justice system. Don't believe them. He is amazing and I have nothing but praise for him.

Roger was Great! I can't believe these poor ratings because he helped me as much as he could! I would recommend him! In fact I need a lawyer and he is who I choose to call! Juggling family and being a lawyer give him a break!

From the mouth of his own secretary. "Roger is lazy and just doesn't care. He leaves me with all the work to do so that he can do the other stuff he's got going on." I would not recommend this lawyer to my enemy.

I had a great experience with this lawyer. He gave great advice and I believe that I received good value for what was done. I was very pleased with his attitude towards attempting to settle what could be settled so that the matters that were left cost less money to go to court.

He took me to the cleaners and left me there. Paid $7,000 and got very little in return. Never returned phone calls or emails. I would never recommend this lawyer. I have reported him to the law society so no one else will be taken advantage of. He dragged out issues at my expense for his own benefit. After he takes the bulk of your money he will ignore you and you will have not other option but to fire him which I believe is his ultimate goal.

Roger was attentive and diligent to my family matter. He dropped what he was doing to help me and I was only supported through legal aid. He understood my position immediately and was very supportive and professional. He thought of things to enable me to not only assist me w my current issues at hand but also provided advice concerning deeper problems that had gotten me in my mess in the first place. His staff is helpful and there to assist when he is in court or preoccupied. I've also seen him in action in court and it's impressive! Great guy to have on your side.

He charged me a substantial flat fee which he demanded be paid in cash to resolve a tenancy matter. He did absolutely nothing with my case; not even write a letter to the property management company. I became homeless because of this lawyer. When I expressed my complete dissatisfaction to him as a result of his negligence; he completely dismissed me & threaten to call police. I too would also STAY very far AWAY from this man both personally & professionally.

Did a 7 day trial, and had great results, his staff are excellent and I felt very prepared for trial, I highly recommend this lawyer

Rarely answered questions being asked, when told that he could get one thing he did not stick to it, charged exuberant amounts of money for work not done. All in all the value is not worth the money.
