Mike Nyhof has been my lawyer for the past five years. During this time, Mike has always worked one on one with me. This face to face approach helped make the stressful court proceedings more tolerable and showed that Mike truly cares for his clients. Mike was very flexible with his schedule so that I didn't have to miss too much work. Mike is one of the few lawyers who are honest and reliable. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone in need of a family lawyer.

Mr. Nyhof a client who has been diagnosed with a mental diseased with a mental disease called Frontotemporal Disorder by TWO Doctors (well Know) He is NOT well, and is not capable to make decisions.

I went with 2 other lawyers prior to working with Mr. Nyhof and I wish I had gone to him first. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, tactful, to the point and he is overall incredible at what he does. Mike was successful with communication, and motions while maintaining my image as a reasonable man. I am a dad, and Mike took the time to listen to me, understand my situation, and then work with me to ensure my son's best interests were put first. That is exactly my goal and clearly also Mike's. If you are looking for someone insightful, to the point, fast, and who maintains your image, then my recommendation is Mike Nyhof. There are a lot of good lawyers out there and more unreasonable ones....Mike is exceptional. Mike has given me nothing but great ideas and helped me fight through the most important battle of my life.....the fight for my son. Thank you Mike.

Mike was fantastic! Got everything done and in a timely manner. Have worked with other lawyers before switching to Mike and I'm very pleased with him. Would recommend him to anyone who needs solid representation on their side.

Since his hit to the head on his bicycle about two years ago does not appear to know which way is up. Can honestly say that this man dropped the ball in court for me in a major way against Michael Menear in Woodstock court despite my strong words that the proceedings were based on untruths and in fact not based on fact. Obviously his feeble attempts to disagree were of no use. As mentioned by another client Mike is not a cool well prepared individual in court but a bumbling disheveled mess who does not appear to be prepared and is not in fact apparently well prepared as I witnessed at court. I would also agree that Mike does not care about his client. In conclusion Mike does not care about FAIRNESS as defined by the Law Society of Upper Canada, he may win an easy case representing a crying mom (female winning as per Family Law) but if you are a man and need someone with balls to have your back , forget about Mike Nyhof.
