David is very good at performing "THE HYPNOTIZING BOOGIE". But funny, he really enjoys being taken off the record. I believe its more like, a "Riverboat fantasy". Who knows, he maybe even into a little "Dirty deeds", but NOT done dirt cheap. But there maybe a newsong brewing, "MY LIES KEEP ME IN TROUBLE, I WANT ALL YOUR MONEY I SEE". DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE, I personally, was trusting and, I was taken on a "Riverboat fantasy", which lead to "The Song He Never Wrote". In turn, the Judge, called "Me the bad apple" as David sang, Downtown, came uptown for me", as I was left doing the "Bearcat", while given "A Bad Reputation" and left in "Johhnys Camaro thinking "Somethings Shakin", as I headed to the "Cheap Beer Joint", doing the "Bearcat", as I remembered that, Judges, and Lawyers have "The Natural Edge". So be carefull of which song you oay for, as, this performer has "Breakfast at The Circus",in "The Eye of the Hurricane", while, "Doing the Grind" singing,"It Will Work on You".

David, is not to be trusted. I'm not going to get into my horror story as of yet, I will allow justice to take its full course regarding this unethical lawyer and his friends and allow all evidence to be set before the court as that is the rule, No?? . See you in court David, I don't know how this man sleeps at night.

I was recommended Dave Wilcox by my business lawyer to help me in my situation. Dave was excellent from day one to the last court date which was successful. Alicia was always available to answer questions for me on the phone and what she didn't know she was sure to get back to me with an answer. Dave is very knowledgeable and knows what to do, all you have to do is take his advise, he will do the rest. I am grateful, Dave was able to put this part of my life behind me and hope to meet him again on a less stressful encounter. Mr. Wilcox, in my opinion, is one of the least ethical people I have had the misfortune of dealing with. He does nothing to assist people in Youth Court. I fell he believes that because they are youths, they will only get a slap on the wrists on carry on. That is not always the case. I have also heard that he told a young man to commit perjury in terms that would lead the person to adhere to what he wanted them to say, but not in a way that would be necessarily encouraging perjury. He has an average amount of knowledge, but he has no business practicing law.

I had such a bad experience with David Wilcox, I hired him in June,2012 and in 9 month, There are no dates for meeting, and no paper work showing what, if anything, has been done. A professional lawyer should send a monthly statement of work rendered
he didnt send me court papers,he did nothing to help me or my case,only showed up court date and me $10,000 for doing nothing, he didn't even study my case. His secretary never let her meet or talk to David, she always had same answer for us, don't worry, we gonna win the answer, its such a simple case, but we lost the case and I found guilty of what I never did. I fired him and going for appeal but he is such an unprofessional lawyer that he is not send information to my appeal lawyer. I wish I could go back and change my lawyer. such a bad choice, if u even see him, run from him.
