I had Stacey help me with a child custody issue and she handles it immediately and effectively. She is a no BS attorney. In response to the 5/5/11 post. How is it she was supposed to know about the Hillsborough case? Do you think attorneys just search each and every County throughout the country in and effort to make sure you have no open cases anywhere? It is YOUR responsibility to share information with your attorney.

I would like to begin by saying that I have worked with several lawyers in the past, Real Estate, Construction and other types of attorneys. This was my first experience with divorce lawyers. In the very least they were unprofessional and all that mattered to them was that they got YOUR Money.
Stacy Turmel "acted" as my attorney in Pasco County (I spent thousands of dollars with her.). She never even found out there was an active case in Hillsborough County. She ran with this case all the way to the end and took thousands of dollars of my money. After the case was over in Pasco County , Hillsborough county contacted me that my drivers license was going to be revoked for failure to pay child support when I had been paying in Pasco all along the way Stacy had "set me up". When I got down to the bottom of it, I found out that there was still an active case in Hillsborough County (Even a novice attorney should have found this out). I have been going back to Stacey Turmel for almost 10 years, I will never go to anyone else. professional, dedicated, hard working, fair, she has always handles business before it ever had a chance to go pass mediation! I would reccomend her to anyone that's doesn't have time to mess around with a Lawyers that will just tell you what you want to hear to get your money.
