Never returns phone calls, emails, or messages. Shows up for court without reading documents/ documents requested ahead of time. Appears clueless while in litigation process. Demonstrated more energy and interest in his precourt conversation with the exwife's attorney. After two week delay of trying daily to get information that was promised and clarification on addendum that he told judge he would complete (which was NOT done), he filed court paperwork to be removed from our case. Amazing....no problem in running the debit card or accepting checks for work. He is a prime example as to why attorneys have a bad rap for the non criminal people who just want fairness and involvement in their children's lives.
