passive aggressive. his approach borders on unethical. He is completely unprofessional and essentially copies and pastes from his communication with clients directly into legal documents. THe only thing he's decent at is keeping conflict ongoing so as to rack up your bill. always helps if you're a pretty woman though.

John Harrison is a rude and unprofessional lawyer. It seems that he does not about a commercial transaction. He is redneck and extremely hard to deal with. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Not only are these people unprofessional and rude, they have no sense of customer service or effective communication skills (never return phone calls or e-mails).Their business practises and procedures are based on an alienated sense of entitlement (rudeness) that borders on incompetence (files are piled on the floor and they have to be reminded to do things). They are not a law office that protects client’s interests, they are an insurance agency selling title insurance packages and pretending they are a Law Office. If it wasn’t so sad it would be entertaining. Avoid at all costs.

John was great but dealing with his office staff was a nightmare. I had a two simple questions and his assistant Susan was extremely rude. I'm sorry that I don't understand real estate law Susan, I'm just an average person. She would not return emails or calls and when you finally did get a hold of her, she was very mean on the phone. She even slammed the files she brought down on the table when we were in our meeting with John. I would not hire John again, just based on the experience with his assistant, nor would I recommend dealing with his office.

Very hard to get ahold of, and seems to take a very long time getting things done , been lied to by staff ,and john himself can be quite rude , would recommed legal aid lawyer over john Harrison any day !

John is prince of man and professional that truly embodies what the legal practice should be. I recommend to everyone that I can - he's just that good!
