THE BEST!!! Only one problem: This scoreboard doesn't allow for any higher score than 5... Holly has to be THE BEST Divorce Attorney in Oklahoma City, IF NOT THE STATE!!! Holly is accurate with the facts and knows just when to speak them. She is fast on her feet and NOTHING gets past her. She can CONTROL the courtroom.

Holly came recommended to us thru a mutual friend. We had gone thru 3 other attorneys for two years in a custody process that had gone absolutely nowhere! Within 6 months Holly accomplished for us what no one else would. She is professional, reasonable, and most importantly she cares about whats RIGHT!!! She took our case straight before the judge and didnt allow that bickering back and forth between her and the other attorney - she puts up with no BS and sticks to her guns! She will fight on your behalf and stand behind you 100%. She made our case personal to see it thru! She genuinely listened to the our side and sought out to find the FACTS to present to the judge. She never backed down and was not afraid to stand up when trying to be bullied to just "settle"!!!! We were also recently given an opportunity to seek her counsel and advise on another matter and it was thru her wisdom and counsel a case that was going down the drain she helped to step in and make things right!

For the bad result I must say I am confused. You don't understand the legal system. She has been My attorney for 6 years and aways goes above and beond the job. She doesn't charge for things she doesn't do at all.

I paid her ahead of time and she screwed around so long that she gave my ex the opportunity to hire her own attorney and it ended up costing me a lot more with the exact same result that it would have been if she had not neglected her job!

I had to fire my previous divorce lawyer for cause, and luckily I found Holly to take up the mess he left behind. Holly Hefton is competent and capable. My soon-to-be-ex at the time was a high conflict personality, and Holly used her skills to represent me, and to confront the ex and her lawyer, effectively, bringing about a resolution: something my previous lawyer was incapable of accomplishing. I would recommend Holly here, as I already recommend her to colleagues, many of whom have hired her to represent them. As divorces with children go, I'm sure I'll be back in court sometime soon until the kids turn 18, and I will turn to Holly to once again represent the best interest of my children, and myself.
