An attorney that doesn't nickel and dime you to death like many will. Her office always responds to my calls or emails quickly. She doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, but instead tells it like it is.

Holly Hefton helped my family more in the few months since we retained her than our previous attorney had in the year and a half we had him and we are so grateful. We would highly recommend her.

For the bad result I must say I am confused. You don't understand the legal system. She has been My attorney for 6 years and aways goes above and beond the job. She doesn't charge for things she doesn't do at all.

I paid her ahead of time and she screwed around so long that she gave my ex the opportunity to hire her own attorney and it ended up costing me a lot more with the exact same result that it would have been if she had not neglected her job!

I had to fire my previous divorce lawyer for cause, and luckily I found Holly to take up the mess he left behind. Holly Hefton is competent and capable. My soon-to-be-ex at the time was a high conflict personality, and Holly used her skills to represent me, and to confront the ex and her lawyer, effectively, bringing about a resolution: something my previous lawyer was incapable of accomplishing. I would recommend Holly here, as I already recommend her to colleagues, many of whom have hired her to represent them. As divorces with children go, I'm sure I'll be back in court sometime soon until the kids turn 18, and I will turn to Holly to once again represent the best interest of my children, and myself.
