Mr. Habashy was extremely helpful. He showed extensive knowledge about the law and knew exactly what to do to optimize the success of my case. I was secure in knowing that he was working hard to get the best results for me because he cared about my case and not about his own monetary gain. He explained everything clearly to me and frequently kept in touch with me to update me on my case. All I had to do was provide him the documents he needed and e took care of the rest. He spent hours going over the details to ensure nothing was overlooked. His honesty and ethics proved to me that he genuinely cared about my case and myself and that he would handle my situation to the best of his ability, which was outstanding. The folks at The Habashy Law Firm in Downtown Los Angeles are a very helpful group of Attorneys, I would highly recommend them. Whether a minor or major accident,injury case or litigation case. bottom line is they will work hard and fight for you. The firm was always very prompt about returning my calls and keeping me updated on my case. Mr Habashy is a very intelligent and down to earth Lawyer which always makes me feel very comfortable. Be warned. I filed a Chapter 7 through Habashy Law. A subsequent request for assistance with the State of CA resulted in my being insulted by the staff regarding my tax filing responsibility. They had all my paperwork, including my returns but refused to assist me in a dispute with the Tax Franchise Board. Not only did they wash their hands of me after the discharge, they add insult to injury by including a CEASE AND DESIST LETTER in the package of original paperwork I had to collect from them in the Downtown LA office. I am now handling my tax problem, which was my sole reason for hiring them, on my own. They said that my stopping by the office, after a dental appointment in the area, was "worrisome."

Beware: On 1/20/12, I won a judgement against The Habashy Law Firm for their failure to provide services. Judge John P. Doyle ordered The Habashy Law Firm to return $1,745 of our money. To date, we have not received a single penny from this law firm that alleges they represent consumers. They refuse to abide by a legal judgement! Beware: if they could do this to us, they could do it to you too.

I hired him to file bankruptcy for me,and in retrospect,he should have included my 2nd mortgage as a debt,but did not.He should have and could have listed this,but did'nt seem to know what to do with it.The communication I did have with him turned strange,as at one point he was not understanding me nor me him.I would NEVER recommend him,and I have had a few people ask me for an attorney that,if I were happy with him and his firm,I would have been singing his praises.I feel I did not get what I paid for!

I hired Legal Debt Solutions law firm to handle our chapter 13 bankruptcy. They saved our house from foreclosure and gave us professional and courteous help. I dont know what my family and I would have done if we didi not go to them. God bless Legal Debt Solutions and John habashy.
