Please read the bad reviews regarding this attorney. He uses your emotions to try and get as much money out of you by overcharging for work he has not done or needed to do. Unethical and fantastic at Theft of Service. He was on the fee arbitration committee and had numerous ethics complaints. He will lie and turn on you in an effort to take your money. I have seen numerous truthful reviews regarding him not those written by his employees. I am a retired police officer and this is the most corrupt unethical lawyer I have ever come across. There are good ethical lawyers out there I suggest you steer clear of this man and get another attorney.

Patrick Toscano has a gift from God and called for a purpose to represent those who helpless individuals who are viciously attacked by people of power. Having toscano by your side in a court room is like having God there. I recommend this attorney be recoginized for all over the world by every firm in america based on his not only law intelligence, but his love he have for his clients. The best i ever seen. Mr. Toscano is a pitbull,and his investigating staff is second to none.Check out his work against the City of Hackensack.He is assisting numerous police officers that were suspended for no good reason.PO Ferraioli,PO Viola, PO Riotto, Sgt Sybel, PO Lamboy, PO Cavallo. He is taking on a corrupt city and has made them look foolish. The City of Hackensack had to higher addition Lawyers to keep up with him. Awesome knowledge of attorney general guidelines and court room domination.I've been a police officer for almost 18 years and never saw an attorney like this. He's the best
