He promised me repeatedly he would get my charge dismissed. He was over one hour late for my pretrial and I had to call his office to get him to show up at all. When he did, he was dressed unprofessionally, and was totally unprepared for my case. He put forth no effort on my behalf. He stammered and stumbled through court. Mine was a very simple case that should have been over and done with. I paid him $1700 in advance for doing NOTHING. He might as well have just got in my purse and stolen my money, as far as I'm concerned. His performance was criminal.
