Hire him to take over my case. Gave him $5000 retainer. Used it up. Stated needed another $5000. Did not have it. Cited he could win the case if had the $5000 to finish. There wasn't that much to do from the start to burn through the $5000 in 3 months. Dropped out of the case due to non-payment. **Seems the magic number to win a case is $10,000 and if you don't have it...too bad!!...your on your own! $$$ is all he is about. Don't use him without $10,000.
