I was referred to Attorney Lance Archer from a friend, who also used his services for her divorce. My experience with his firm was exactly what i was told to expect. For starters, he has one of the best offices in the coachella valley, he is extremely professional, smart, and highly experienced. Lance was able to fight and and win my case, which granted me custody of my youngest grandchild. He is a bit expensive, but you definitley pay for what you get. In the end it was worth every penny. I was always inforemd with the status of my case, and before I made a payment he gave me a complete breakdown of the procedure's that would be taking place. This is the type of person and attorney that you would want on your side.

This firm will mislead you if you are not careful. They lose interest in your case very quickly after they have their fee.Be very careful of what you are told. Make sure you have everything they are to do in WRITING.MY Wife & I were told we would be able to recover attorney fees of $5000 after they were paid when we got the judgement they had never even tried to recover the fees. We wanted to recover $10.600 The firm charged $ 5000 -GOT US A JUDGEMENT (AFTER 4 MONTHS) FOR $ 11.221 THEN TOLD US WE HAD TO HIRE A COLLECTION AGENCY TO ENFORCE THE JUDGEMENT THIS IS GOING TO COST US 50\% AROUND $5000 SO IT WILL COST US AROUND $10.000 TO COLLECT $11.000 WHICH WILL TAKE YEARS. NEVER ONCE WERE WE TOLD IT WOULD END UP COSTING US ALMOST AS MUCH AS WE WERE TRYING TO RECOVER. Actually we were owed $10.600 paid lawyer $5000 this totaled $15.500 to recover$11.000then were charged $5000 by the collection agency. Do the Math. Mr. Archer had his associate Michael C Peterson handle all this then ok,d IT.
