I recently filed bankruptcy. Mr. Lattin was very helpful in guiding me what to do. He was knowledgeable and very compassionate to my needs.

Has placed himself in the Public Defender pool, and never goes to visit with the defendants. Doesn't have a clue who or whom the defendants are before court. Never goes to jail to visit with defendant to work on a defense. Will never respond to phone calls, leters, faxes from defendants or family of defendants. Stands in court like a mute saying very minimal in the defense of his client. Often time client has to speak for themselves to avoid incarceration. He was my son's Public Defender and never visited with him in jail the entire 2 to 3 months incarceration. Never informed my son what he would need to do as ordered by the judge. Lattin went to my son's court sentencing and told the judge the my son blames him for his troubles and would like to resign. Judge became angry and revoked my son's bond. Horrible, attorney. Bondman stated that Lattin never give inmates a fir representation. He doesn't seem to care about inmates, he needs to resign before he gets A Civil Rights case.
