A friend of mine, K.P. had an arrest for a minor, first time battery. She paid $2,500 to Musca law firm for representation. Unknow to both parties was that the State Attorney would not file charges, and a No Information Notice was filed in the case file which I located and gave to her a few days later. Musca law conferred no benefit on her case, there was no case! Her attorney Mr. Feuerstein (sp.) supposedly agreed she should have her money back. Musca law administration refused to return her $2,500. She was very nice to them and they gave her many days of run around, call this other number, talk to this other person, but no refund. Finally she posted her plight on this Yelp website and threatened to contact the Florida Bar to get her refund. Grudgingly, they offered her a partial refund of $2,000 but only if she removed her true and correct post from this site, and Musca law kept $500 for themselves. They immediately should refund the remaining $500.

My name is Bill McIntosh, and I am a Disabled Veteran. Several years ago I was honorably discharged from the Armed Forces. Since then, to say my life has been chaotic would be a gross understatement. I am an attorney who had the misfortune of being arrested for DUI in Florida. Not being a Florida resident, I searched the Internet for a DUI attorney to represent me. Fortunately, I went to the website of John Musca (www.muscalaw.com)and indicated that I needed help. Mr. Musca called me within an hour and we discussed my case in detail. He then undertook to represent me in both the Department of Motor Vehicle proceeding and the Criminal Court case. Motions to suppress evidence were presented which were well drafted and solidly grounded in the law. Concurrently, discussions with the prosecutor seeking to reduce the charge against me were underway. In the end, the DUI charge was withdrawn and the charge against me was reduced to reckless driving. Instead of a year of suspended license, thousands of dollars in fines and hours of DUI school, I paid a $500 fine. I highly recommend John Musca and his firm for defense of DUI charges. I was threatened with Jail time, gave Musca Law call on Friday night, and they were in court for me on Monday morning. They had I did not think that kind of service was possible. For the first time I needed legal advice from an attorney and came across the great marketing from Musca Law. I called the number and was transferred to attorney Harley Brook. Harley was nice and informative for the free consultation and I went ahead and retained him for $2,500. Once, payment was made my information was given to an associate within my area. So, it appears Harley is not my attorney. That is ok... However, it has been 5 days and my attorney has not returned my e-mails and this company has not performed any services.
Do yourself a favor and only contact a law office that is local and has an attorney(s) on sight. If you retain an attorney and cannot get a response and/or be able to explain to your actual attorney the situation you are in within 72 hours.... it is probably time to seek another attorney.

I have acquaintances that work for this man and others who have used him for an attorney. He does not show up to court, he has others do his work. His prices are not set and he will take what he can get from you and you still may loose your case.

HALLELUJAH FOR MUSCA!! For Winning My DUI and Reinstating My Driver’s License!! I'm a Registered Nurse. During Easter week of March, 2013, I was arrested for my 2nd DUI. He talks the talk and his assistant makes you feel like they are going to do a grat job, but then you find out he is a contractor. He takes your money then calls other lawyers and offers them very little money to take the case. Once you have paid him, you.probably would do better to have a public defender. The case is no longer his and he does not care. He advertises all over Florida but does not practice law all over Florida. HE IS A CONTRACTOR!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Passionate, Dedicated and Brilliant!! In an emergency, on a holiday weekend, we called Musca Law (I was truly in a panic). ALL CHARGES DISMISSED , MY PERSONAL " PERRY MASON"!!!We live in Tennessee along with my son nd his family. Out of nowhere
Imagin our surprise when he went to buy a hunting riffle and the background check came up he was wanted in Florida on outstanding warrent . He didn't know what was going on, and we couldn't find out anything other than he was going to jail and was to be extradidted to Florida.

John Musca promised prompt, aggressive and experience including all investigation up to a charge being filed. This concerned my 13 year old boy who had (has) a molestation complaint in Palm Beach Co.. Mr. Musca' local associate took over 2 months to obtain the actual police report. In an interview with a representative of the DJJ, the lawyer exhibited a painful (to me) lack of subject area knowledge and any program details; he was without satisfactory preparation. At this point in time Mr. Musca informed me that his firm would require an additional $5000.00 to become "fully invested". His statements, promises of service and expressed objectives were completely unfulfilled. John Musca does no honor to his profession and I strongly recommend against engagement of his services for any juvenile matters.

Musca is a superb marketer, but nothing more. He has all the time on Earth to talk when he is trying to convince you to hire him, but once he gets your money you will never be able to speak with him again. He acts like you are hiring him, but you will really be represented by a junior associate who is clueless.

Will not return personal items in his possession? Will not return phone calls, his firm represented me in a divorce that he withdrew and also his firm withdrew from a lawsuit involving a sexual attack in a hotel, in Jacksonville Florida. I sat in jail over 7 months after my mother passed away whereas his firm did not try to assist me in any way after I had paid him in the past to represent myself and my two sons, I had paid Mr. Musca a above average fee to represent me so I would like to say at the very least he could have taken my case pro-bono and perhaps helped with my divorce hearings, and I was charged by my ex-husband for using a credit card and depositing a convenience check whereas my ex-husband had full knowledge of both transactions with the Chase Credit card I feel that Mr. Musca's firm left me when I needed an attorney to represent me, let me say that as long as I paid Mr. Musca and now that I know that I paid an above average amount of monies to represent my previous legal

I only give a two for Knowledge because they know exactly how to get you.
They give a quote for a flat rate service, I sign their contract for that price. They get your money through CC and then puts the
case off long enough were you can't dispute your card. They will not pay
fees and they leave you hanging with no communication and no recourse but to
pay additional fees or face time and or fines with the court. If you hire this firm,
GOOD LUCK!
I wound up with the same outcome (according to the clerk of court) that I
would have got with just a plea, but I was out many more dollars.

Takes your money...way too much at that...very competent lawyers charge much less. Evidence used is your arrst report, don't expect them to actually pursue defense evidence or preserve state evidence. You best know the laws, because he is not aware of all of them. He doesn't actually handle cases himself, though he'll have you believe he does. Be ready to plea your case, that is THE plan, and the only plan, hense no defense evidence needed. And the flat fee charged and the go home and reume your life, he'll take care of it is only the beginning of the nightmare. Ask around before hiring and if you've already done so, take the time to make a complaint to the law board. All those websites are only marketing tools to reel you in, and he is very good at that. Don;t be fooled...ask around first. Then go hire a real defense attorney. One that will actually try to defend you.
