My ratings reflect the Peskind associates as Mr. Peskind himself provided little involvement in the representation hired. I can expand upon the review from 10/8/11 and only speak the facts and confirm all those allegations. A very simple task was made into his own case and a retainer spent in 5 days at which time I was asked for a credit card authorization...page 11 that did not provide the first 10 pages of the Engagaement Contract until 2 months into reprsentation and when the misrepresentated fees of the associates handling were revealed and I questioned, he dropped the case. Leaving with a far bigger legal mess and bills he stated he would get opposing side to pay. After endless hours trying to educate his associates as to the financials, no one one would make an effort to communicate settlement, left settlement to me to negotiate and dismissed because I wanted conclusion and they kept wanting to fight and charge while I was nailed to a cross and they saying...."hang in there".

Steve Peskind is truly in a league of his own. Our case was very
complex and Steve had to deal with the most unprofessional opposing
council. When things got most difficult, Steve was a valuable
resource and helped us reach the best possible result, despite some
unethical and game changing behavior from the other side. Although
litigation tends to bring out the worst in people, especially in my
case, I was thankful to have had Steve by my side. He knew my case inside and out, he took a genuine interest in helping my family, he fought zealously for our cause and did it all with class. His experience and expertise were WELL worth his fees. I

For being the highest prices they interestingly enough have the least professionalism and compassion for their clients. It's only about the money; call them and you'll see why.

The problem with Stephen Peskind is that he tends to letegate on things that do not matter in a case and none of the importatant issues never get resolved and all that a client is left with is a pile of legal bills. If you do retain him I hope you have a lot of money because your case will drag on for a long time. When your money does run out he will file a motion to drop you as a client. I wonder with all of his court motions and all of the unnecessary litegation was done to help himself or his client. His office is very plush but his clients pay for this he does have a lot of overhead. He does know about the law and he does work this to his advantage. He is a lawyer that I would not want to go to trial with beacause he lacks a dominant courtroom presents and he was unprepared to react when the letigation did not go as he planned. At this time I cannot recommend him to be ones attorney especcially if your resources are limited.
