Its been 2 years with no results no call back nothing showed up at my already pending child support case and interfered with the states attorney i already had. He had no knowledge of divorce or child support services

Here are the facts as he handled our bankruptcy case: He was paid up front in full. Told us he would have case filed within 5 days of us submitting all of our information, actually took 5 weeks despite phone calls asking if he needed more info. Several errors on his part in first filing that needed to be corrected. Forgot to send in reaffimation agreement to our mortgage company. Failed to show up at a court ordered hearing concerning a different reaffimation. Failed to send paperwork to me that I requested several times. Finally, he failed to file the debtor education paperwork for our post filing class, causing our case to be closed without discharge. The case had to be reopened for the paperwork to be filed, resulting in the discharge being issued about 6 weeks after it should have been. He seemed like a good person when we first talked to him, but we were highly dissapointed in his abilty as a lawyer.
