David is awesome, the entire court staff, chambers, etc, respect and listen to him. I was scared to talk, David made sure I didn’t have to!!!

David help me do the impossible. He was good, fair and did not waste my money on unnecessary motions and paperwork and his fee is very reasonable. We were able to accomplish the goal I hired him to do.

I fired him after a yr of paying him and no results. He yelled at me in court and completely humiliated me not to mention lost my case. I filed a grievance on him with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Counsel and he had to complete a diversion program. His dumbass should be disbarred! He is a crook!!!

This attorney was crossed examined in court and could not produce ANY documentation on my cfi court case that he "investigated" over a six month period. He failed miserably in following protocol as an arm of the court. In addition Judge Arkin ignored my findings and ruled in favor of the father based on no factual evidence.

David Gloss did not keep us apprised of important dates or issues at hand that could have affected the outcome of our case. He was unorganized to the degree that it affected the outcome of our case(s) when both civil and estate matters were at hand. Finally, he made an error that cost the family estate several thousands of dollars and did not take responsibility in any manner for such, even after another attorney did extensive research to confirm such. It is unlikely me to give such criticism, however, this is the truth of the matter and I would conclude by saying that I indeed would NOT recommend this attorney for any matters.

I was appointed this man before, and he did nothing to help me. I was always told "SHHH" I was not given a proper defense, when there were objections, he stayed quiet and allowed things to happen, and then I fired him.
