I had interaction with this lawyer dealing with a real estate transaction. I found her to be lacking with respect to inmortant details and not ay all satisfactory with respect to value for fees paid. Not recomended.

I have used Katja’s services for both family and property law for the past 7 years. To say her tenacity and work quality is good would be an understatement. She is a forthright - no nonsense lawyer who never gives up on a client. A very knowledgeable lawyer in both fields of family and property law, which is a plus especially when dealing with caveats on property. I have highly recommended Katja in the past and will continue to recommend her.

this lawyer (loosely stated) should not be allowed to practice law and should be reported for all the mistakes she made on our rela estate deal that we ended up paying for why at the very last minute di we have to come up with more money, leaves everything Bad, bad

The fact that she seems to have switched from family to real estate is very telling. It's obvious she does not know what she's doing in real estate law. Does not see the big picture consequences of bringing up ridiculous issues at the very last minute before closing, disadvantaging her client.

This is a no holds barred lawyer, she is "cut to the chase" and will hold people accoutable, even her client. She is fair, prompt, ethical and WILL get you what you want. I highly recommend this lawyer even for high conflict divorce cases. She does not tolerate any crap from the opposing party. Not to mention she is kind, patient and tolerant, and she has a warm and charming disposition.
