I had a 1 year op,after 6 mos it eas deluted to almost non existent. I was not informed by walsh that the op would restart at 1 more year from that 6 mo. date. well that made my 1 yr. o.p. a 1 1/2 yr. o.p. well some how it was extended again for another year, why i dont know. Now my 1 yr. op is now a 2 1/2 yr o.p. In the mean time a job i was going for that would have provided me and my daughter with great benefits and a pension. Because of these mystery extensions it overlapped with the hiring date. add to this ,walsh who was married at the time was having at the least an inappropriate relationship and at most a sexual relationship with my wife as he was extending the o.p. I know this sounds crazy but it can be varified by many. My wife (now ex) admitted it to me. She went into more detail, but i dont want to disclose someones bedroom problems right now. But this guy always has been an ****, years ago he even hit my brother outside of court, and he was defending him!

Heads up Defendants! Wants more money, but doesn't show up to court, left me hanging and won't discuss my case with me. Doesn't return calls and has outbursts of anger then hangs up mid-conversation. He didn't want to hear facts in my defense and told me to plea to something I didn't do. He would be approachable one day and angry the next--emotionally unpredictable. Didn't try to get my charge reduced to the misdemeanor that it was. I could have represented myself and got the same outcome. He told me that I would go to prison if I didn't plea and made no attempt to defend me in court. He told me the police don't lie then told me they do. All he talked about was money and delivered nothing. Now I can't get a job to support my family, can't vote, and have to pay for probation, court costs. He has a lot of knowledge in his field and chose not to use it for my defense. I had evidence he did not want to see or hear about. He's degrading and unprofessional.
