he only spoke to us during the initial consult over the phone and during the actual hearing. Never advised us or helped with the paperwork in-between. He left everything up to Amy his paralegal who had only been there a few months before we filed in May. She did not properly file our reaffirmation agreement to keep out suv after receiving several letters that she downplayed and accused the creditor of not doing their part. That lead to a reaffirmation hearing because the judge did not have the paperwork showing we could afford the monthly pymts. The Judge and creditors attorneys were surprised that our attorney wasn't on the meeting even by telephone to represent us. We were left to feel embarrassed and humiliated for this hearing after paying $1650. And almost 90 days later our bankruptcy has not been discharged. Thanks to our creditors lawyers we got through the hearing and it was approved so hopefully this will be the last of this.

If you wanna spend thousands of dollars on a simple divorce for their mistakes he’s the guy! Paul literally doesn’t care about your case, he cares about giving him money….11k and 2 years later finally divorced. Unprofessional ignorant coke head to the fullest!

I came to see Paul when I got the dreaded divorce papers. My initial consultation with Paul put my mind right at ease. I can't thank Paul and Valeriya enough. Paul along with his associate Valeriya were outstanding! They were always available to answer question, the follow up was dead on. They held me accountable for my responsibilities and that made sure all my paperwork was accurate and complete. In the end I received everything I requested and the process was painless and expeditious. The whole experience seemed like a sunny day in the park. Hats off to this incredible team of professionals.

Paul Walier is honest, straight up, & he delivers! I did business with him 16 years ago. There was no doubt about me doing business again this year. During the pandemic. He answered every phone call. I would recommend him over and over again! He gets the job done!

I hired Paul Walier to represent me in a divorce. He's a ripoff artist. I ended up paying him over $2,000 but my case was going nowhere. I contacted a real divorce attorney and showed him all the bills I'd gotten from Paul and the attorney told me his billing practices are unethical and he didn't know how Paul hasn't gotten in trouble for it. My new attorney also told me Paul made many mistakes on my case and that I shouldn't have ever had to go to court for it. I then hired the new attorney who was able to settle my case without any more court appearances. Paul Walier is a scam artist and I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the bar.

This excuse for an attorney showed up to family court approximately fifteen minutes before we went in. He appeared very dissheveled in a wrinkled tan suit that looked like it had been laying on his office floor for weeks under his gym bag. He had dress shoes on with no socks also. When in the court room, he did not appear to have any idea what he was doing, rifling through all of the paperwork I gave him as if he was trying to speed read it even though he had it for a week. I was thoroughly disgusted with him. He told us he had appeared before this judge on numerous occasions and knew this judge. We found this ironic as the judge did not know him, the clerk that works the desk out front had never heard of him either. Paul is a con man who needs his license to practice law revoked.

Used Paul for a divorce and bankruptcy in the last 6 months. Everything went very well, and quicker than expected. I was more than happy with the service and representation I received. I guess, like anything in life, people have different experiences and outcomes, and if others were unhappy, then they have every right to say so.

This law firm if thats what you will call it, it absolutely the worst in New York, i also was charged $80/phone call even when i complained also charged me $40i each time he open a letter from opposing lawyer. Due to a staw away order agains husband my child support payments were sent to this office, opened and signed by paul and kept as payment towards divorce, completely illegal i may add.also 3times i had to go to court and represent myself for protection orders and infront of a domestic violence counseler paul had the balls to yell at me and later that day called me and said he was so close to drop me as a client...so $8000 dollars later this **** is driving a jaquar...would never recommend that joke to my worst enemy

CHARGES #450.00 PER COURT APPEARANCE CHARGE PETTY LARCENY -- PAID FOR 2 APPEARANCES $900.00 AND CAME LATE AND HIS ASSOCIATE WAS NOT PREPARED BOTH TIMES. CASE STILL PENDING!!! RESTITUTION HAS BEEN MADE. DA NEEDED MORE INFO ON RESTITUTION PROCESS BUT i FOLLOWED WHAT THE LAWYER TOLD ME TO DO. COMLAINTANT NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT COURT DATES. VERY POOR COURT PROCEDURE KNOWLEDGE.

Never showed up at court. Had his assistant who was totally unprepared and walked all over by the opposing lawyer. Then charged me 80 dollars for a phone call when I called to complain the next day.
