I hired Mr. Tate for a drug case in Canadian County, OK. At first Mr. Tate seemed eager to work my case. Then it became harder and harder to get a hold of Mr. Tate, one time only a couple of days before court putting me in an uneasy state since I had no clue of what was happening. He even joked when I finally got him on the phone about not being able to reach him....not funny. Once the discovery finally came back, and there was "no video" and Mr. Tate seemed content with that, and I saw a change in how he was handling my case. I was just a file on his desk he was trying to hurry into conclusion. That is not how I expected my case handled for the amount he charged me. Sorry if my freedom is more important to me than a first bad plea deal offered. I expected more caring from my attorney at that price, guess I excepted too much! Could have got the same deal from a public defender.

Joe Tate is an attorney you can trust! He knows the law and will advise you, not sell you out!! He has a wonderful assistant that will help keep you informed! When I hired him it was if the weight of the world had been lifted and I knew I had some one working for my best interest! I am a man and wouldn't have custody of my daughter if it were not for Mr. Tate. He is not afraid to fight for you!

Joe was the absolutely best attorney I could ever hope for. He was compassionate and understanding but yet got the job done quickly in a highly professional manor. I could not be happier with Mr. Tate and I highly recommend him for your legal needs.
