Daisy Everhart is the worst lawyer anyone could ask for. I should have had her disbarred when I had the chance. She charged me an outrageous amount of money for a very poor performance by her. Daisy Everhart is a liar and manipulator and reminds me of an intern my dad hired and got rid of because, like Daisy, she felt that she has a right to judge or make assumptions. The job of any attorney is to contemplate what the other side will do and how to combat that. It also helps if they paint the client in a positive light that is fair and accurate. Forget about doing that with Daisy Everhart. Even the judge who ruled against me told me I should have gotten her disbarred, and he originally rule AGAINST me. When I first went to see her I asked if she was an associate of a well respected attorney and she said she was. She understood what I meant and lied about it. She came up with ridicules things to charge me for, a fraud and bad abilities. God help anyone who has her for an attorney.
