I have tried to contact the Estates department SEVERAL times, with no return call. They will not allow you to come to the office either, so there's no getting ahold of anyone that way. I find them extremely arrogant and unprofessional. I have spoken to several staff when I call and they all give the same spiel about not being able to do anything but put me through to voicemail, as apparently, the Estates clerk is their boss. I've learned her name is Catherine De Sena so I can only assume she is married to, or related to the lawyer in some manner. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone unless you have many months of time to burn.

Unbelievably poor service. Calls not returned and emails not returned. When trying to wind up an estate of a loved one you would think they would show some compassion and empathy not rudeness and arrogance. So glad we will never have to deal with them again.

Called, was asked what legal concerns I may have, was told I will be called back within a week. A month went by and no one called me back. I can't understand how someone in need of legal service, willing to pay, is ignored even after they agreed to meet and call me back, but never did.

The strange thing about rating Francis is- we never saw him!! We dealt with Katherine in the office.If we could rate the office staff , we would. Very poor communication. Estate finalities took months, for a simple case. Francis needs to be aware of the poor service his " secretary/clerk" is giving. He will absolutely hear from us. Very incompetent. The clerk was unable to calculate the numbers, and we had to do it for her.We had to ask advice from another lawyer, and he was surprised as to how long everything was taking.We will never deal with this office again, and will never recommend this lawyer, because of the poor service.

Is a good lawyer but I think the same as above. ..may not know of issues in his office. His secretary Katherine is impossible to reach and never returns messages. Been trying to reach her for weeks. His work is good when it finally gets done. Communication is awful. Never dealing with them again. So frustrating. Moved to peter norris and actually feel like I matter to them.

I don't have a problem with Francis but I don't know if he is aware of the issues in his office. We have been waiting for a will to be made since February. after numerous calls and being told i was wrong on more then one occasion about when things would be done by who I think is his office manager, that I have gotten the information wrong again and again. It's now August and we have called again looking for our wills and they say it's was just sent out and if you don't have it next week we will send it out again. well next week has come and gone and again nothing. I have no idea what is going on in that office. i have used Francis in the past and thought he was great, now with this middle man all you get get circles and still no will.
