This guy is really, really, bad. Don't dare waste your $. I would suggest staying away from this firm altogether. I would call...no answer. Asked for timelines...no answer. Aske for progress...none. And, they charge outrageous prices. You'd think he knew everything by the way he talks to people. He DOES NOT.

Very unprofessional, dropped a check off at his office. In court Geoff claimed I never did to the judge. His office processed the check and I documented the canceled check.

He was my attorney in my divorce 3 years ago in 06. Mr Gibbs is lazy in my opinion and did not defend me in any way. He did not object to unsubstantiated and belittling remarks by opposing attorney and made no effort to help me. It was as if I was by myself. I wish I would have known this before hand I would have looked for another attorney.

Indifferent, did not have correct papers I hand delivered, serious lack of effort $9,0000 later. Told me he would do something then did not, did not argue in my defense and was a complete wimp in court. Wasted my time and money. Ignored domestic violence, child abuse issues etc and refused to bring them up. He didn't care and did not even try. It was horrible and my family, friends and doctor friend tell everyone they know about him. My ex got away with child abuse, tackling me from calling 911; domestic abuse, harassment and lying though I had proof to prove his lies. Mr. Gibbs pretty much sat through everything and barely interjected, defended, accused or tried at all or in any way.
