Mary Davis has been my attorney since 2019. She has been compassionate, empathetic, and very attentive to my case. Some attorneys are only after the money and could care less about the outcome of your case. She not only cares about me as a client, but she is invested in my daughter's wellbeing. I can't thank Mary enough for everything she's done to keep my daughter safe.

Mary Davis manipulated me and lied about many things. I literally would have been better off not having a lawyer at all. Mary Davis allowed my spouse to get away with criminal abuse, spousal abuse of a very horrific nature and many different types of fraud without even a mention of anything to the judge or anyone. Mary Davis just allowed the other side to mostly get whatever they wanted and sided with them while trying to make it appear that she was helping me. Mary Davis also intimidated me to give in. Mary Davis also squeezed the most money out of me as she possibly could doing things that wasn't even needed or necessary. I got much much less than I should've. Even as the victim I didn't get anywhere close to a 50/50 split. Mary Davis didn't even care that my spouse secretly dispersed approx. 60k of assets/money close to the date of my spouse filing for divorce. My word of honor that this is 100% the truth and Mary Davis literally destroyed me.

Last summer, my daughter went to her mother’s home for her summer visitation, as she lives in Illinois and we live in North Carolina, and her mother never sent her back. She filed for full custody in Illinois knowing we already had a temporary custody order in place. Mary Davis and her exceptional team went above and beyond for me and my family. There were multiple court hearings scheduled on a week to week basis and I always knew what was going on. They called me multiple times a week to discuss my case and even sometimes just to see how I was holding up. This Law Office went above and beyond for me and my daughter. Mary Davis' paralegal even met me way after business hours to make sure I had an order that was given by the judge in Illinois, and they even spoke to several police departments on my behalf. I would recommend their services to anyone who is in need. They are by far the most compassionate Law Office I have dealt with (and I am still in an active child custody case currentl

During meetings and consultations, she took phone calls, sent/received texts, and she never questioned any points made by opposing counsel in front of the judge.

Mary handled a difficult divorce and a recalcitrant spouse in the most professional and efficient manner possible. Her ability to get to the point, offer options and plan for contingencies is remarkable. She is a tenacious advocate and I would not hesitate recommending her. Mary represented me in post-decree litigation a year or so after my divorce was finalized by a different attorney. She was highly recommended by several former clients and I felt strongly that she was the right attorney for me. Mary is not only a knowledgeable and experienced attorney; she is a sympathetic person who truly cares about her clients. She is a zealous advocate who is not afraid to say what needs to be said for the sake of her client, whether to an opposing attorney or to a judge. Ms. Davis was understanding regarding my concerns from the first time I met her. Her staff worked diligently on my case and kept me well informed of the status. Mary holds a high standard of professional ethics & treats her clients as real people & not just a case number. She is dilegent & trustworthy, responsive, & maintains great communication. I am a Male who got a divorce in DuPage County with a Presiding Female Judge and a Wife using a Chicago Female Advocate Lawyer. Mary was Tenacious. She fought hard and even had my Ex Evicted. I spent little time at Court and she got me a very good end result. Her fees were extremely Reasonable. Comunication was perfect. I have recommended her to others and will comtinue to do so.
