I feel like I was swindled out of my money. Dirk promised from the time he was hired that he would do a professional visit with my love one, that was a year ago. In the past year he has been making countless promises that he would visit, deliver the discovery of the case and show video of the incident. Dirk never returns call, when you make office appointments he fast talks you and makes it seem as if he is doing everything in his power for your loved one. It is now a year and at least 16 court appointments later (due to hearings being rescheduled time after time). I know a bit about the judicial process and I feel like Dirk could have put more effort into the case. I personally think he’s money hungry and takes on too many cases at once. He’s late for court hearings due to having multiple hearings scheduled at the same time throughout the day. If you want to just give away money, hire Dirk Weed. I would never recommend him to anyone.

If you really care about one of your loved ones, DO NOT GO HERE! He is a complusive liar and will just take your money and leave you out to dry. His communication skills suck, he does not anser the phone or return any of your phone calls. His staff is the same way. They lie for him and say he will get back with you and never does. He has missed ALL of the court dates he was supposed to attend and does not make jail visits as promised. Worst attorney to go to. He needs to be disbarred and his staff needs to be fired!!

He is by far the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever met. He doesn't keep in contact with you in any way! I gave Dirk Weed $2,500 to fight a case and not only did he not show up to at least 3 court dates (7am, I was there every time and he wasn't), the next court date when he did show up he was extremely late. I was sitting there for hours, they already called my name and everything. He did nothing as far as the case went, he literally took my money for nothing. He lost the case, messed up my record, took my money and then tried to get more money out of me saying he could seal my record. I got a second opinion from a very reputable criminal lawyer and he advised me that I couldn't even seal my record at that point because Dirk Weed basically put that I pled guilty for the charge and the case was closed. Don't let him weasel you into wasting your money with him, get a reputable lawyer. Dirk Weed should be disbarred.

Dirk Weed is by far the worst attorney I have every dealt with. He is rude and does not know how to communicate on a professional level. Does not update you on the status of the case and continuously lies and fabricates stories for his own personal gain or reputation. I would not recommend this attorney even on a pro bono. So bad so sad .... :(

Please save the trouble everything the other people are saying is true always shows to court late never returns your calls when you finally get to talk to him he is a real nice person but that does not help your case and customers service is rude. He is probably writing the good ratings him self because none of that is true.

This atty handled a very intense felony case for me. dirk found a lot of details that weren't done properly during building my case. as a result all felony charges were dropped. very happy that he knew to look for other tings other attys never mentioned to me during consultations. very pleased. strongly recommend

For the amount of money paid, it is unknown what he is capable of. He doesn't return calls but can call you for payment even if you have no earthly idea what's going on with your case. He has not shown up in court or even offered the courtesy of a return call. Save your hard earned money and energy if you are looking for customer service.
