He even REFUNDED me 1000 of the retainer because he felt that he didn't have to do a lot that he thought he would have to. Anyone who gives him a bad rating 1) is seriously guilty and can't accept the fact they are 2) are a money grubbing lawyer who has no business. Attorney Dow's reputation is impeccable !!!
